   Personal Statement

Being part of an executive team that rapidly scaled an international enterprise and years of working with clients to support similar ambition has taught me that sustained organisational success is all about the quality and capacity of the leadership team and its ability to adapt to changing requirements at different stages of growth.

My love of mountains has taken me into extremely challenging environments where survival was based on mutual trust and interdependence. The reward is to have seen some of the most beautiful places on earth by controlling risk and overcoming challenges . My job resonates, in the ambitious journeys we embark on with our clients, the trust we build and the enduring relationships that come from achieving collective goals.

I founded Millington Pope because I love working with bright and creative people who want to achieve organisational ambitions that bring about social utility.
